For restaurant chains and groups

Every outlet, one menu, one set of numbers.

Central menus with local prices, managers who see only their outlets, side-by-side reports, and an API for the rest of your stack.

Run every outlet from one place

  • Chain overview: today's sales, open orders, low stock and printer health per outlet
  • One menu template published to chosen outlets, with local price and tax overrides that survive the next publish
  • Pause an outlet's guest ordering in one step
  • Extra outlets billed per outlet on your plan

The right people see the right outlets

  • Roles from owner to kitchen, with per-person permission changes
  • Area managers see and manage only the outlets assigned to them
  • Org-wide staff screen: who works where, bulk assign or remove
  • Two-step verification, and a fresh password check before voids, refunds and other sensitive actions

Numbers you can compare

  • Outlet comparison: sales, average bill, food cost, feedback and stock value side by side
  • Consolidated reports across the outlets someone is allowed to see
  • Food cost and margins from recipes and actual purchase prices
  • Scheduled reports by email

Fits your other systems

  • Developer API with scoped, per-outlet keys and an OpenAPI description
  • Signed webhooks for new orders, paid bills, low stock and bookings, with retries
  • Tally-importable XML and accounting CSV exports
  • Full data export, any time

Security, stated plainly

  • Every request is limited to the restaurant and outlet the person belongs to, and this is covered by automated tests
  • Payment gateway keys and two-step secrets are encrypted at rest
  • Sensitive actions are logged in an audit trail
  • Online payments go to each restaurant's own Razorpay account; VercentDine never holds your money

Talk to us about your outlets

Tell us how many outlets you run and what you use today. We'll set up a walkthrough on your own menu.

Can each outlet have different prices?

Yes. Publish one menu from the centre and override price or tax per outlet. Overrides stay when you publish again.

Can we connect our own systems?

Yes, through the developer API (menus, orders, order status, daily sales) and signed webhooks. Delivery aggregators can connect through your own middleware; there is no built-in Swiggy or Zomato connector.

How is a chain billed?

A plan includes a number of outlets; extra outlets are added at a fixed price per outlet from the next billing period.
