Trial, billing and cancellation
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use everything for 14 days, with nothing charged and no card needed. Pick a plan in Subscription inside the app before the trial ends to keep taking orders; after it ends your data stays viewable and exportable.
How am I billed?
Monthly or yearly, in advance, through Razorpay. The price you see already has 18% GST in it, and every payment comes with a GST tax invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Subscription in the app. The plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed.
Are part periods refunded?
No. Fees are charged in advance and aren't refunded for part of a period. If you were charged twice or after cancelling, contact us within 30 days and we refund the extra charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing period, with no part-period charges or credits.
What about more outlets?
Plans that sell extra outlets add them at a fixed monthly price per outlet from the next invoice. Chains can get a custom plan.
